5:2 Diet Recipes


I’ve been doing the fasting 5:2 diet since Michael Moseley’s BBC Horizon Documentary. It works brilliantly and has meant I am as light as I was at the end of my teens and can maintain that weight whilst only worrying about what I eat 2 days a week.

After about 3 months my other half joined in too and we fast on Mondays and Tuesdays.  These are very busy days for us so it’s easy not to think about food too much.  This section of my site contains some 5:2 Fast Diet recipes we eat on our fasting days.

The recipes focus on healthy lower calorie whole foods so you can get optimum nutrition even with a restricted calorie intake.
