Ingredients
150g ‘Vitalite’ or ‘Pure’ dairy free spread
2tbsp peanut butter
2&1/2 cups sifted icing sugar
3 tbsp Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
100g finely ground Walnuts (I grind mine in my mini chopper)
Method
Mix together the fat and half the icing sugar until smooth.
Add the Maple Syrup and Vanilla essence and combine. ( May curdle at this point don’t worry)
Add remaining icing sugar and the ground Walnuts.
